– 150 gr. of riso venere (black rice)
– 4 fresh cod fillets
– 1 bunch of asparagus
– 1 bunch of aromatic herbs (parsley, thyme, marjoram…)
– the juice of 1 lemon
– extra virgin olive oil
– salt and pepper
