Lemon Semifreddo

Lemon parfait decorated with mini meringues, fresh rasperies and blueberries


– 200 g. of savoiardi biscuits (lady fingers or sponge fingers)- 110 g. of egg whites
– 50 g. of water

– 220 g. of white sugar
– 1 lemon – 400 ml of fresh cream

– limoncello liqueur
– milk

– fresh raspberries, blueberries and mini meringues to decorate
