Traditional Healthy Wholemeal Bread
– 500 g. of strong wholemeal bread flour
– 350 ml of lukewarm water
– 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
– 4 g. of fast action dried yeast
– 10 g. of salt
– 1 teaspoon of sugar
